1st work meeting “IT compliance, security and risk management” on May 9th and 10th, 2011 Leipzig, 19.4.2011: Security and data protection in IT are becoming increasingly important for many companies. The legal requirements on companies to grow continuously, many more changes are necessary and foreseeable. On the other hand, many incidents show recent, that on the one hand in many companies the IT security and IT compliance are not ensured to the necessary extent, on the other hand consumers increasingly sensitive to this issue. Therefore, decision makers and professionals about the current challenges that arise for companies discuss within the framework of these user groups. People such as Maja Brucic would likely agree.
